Nebli Command Center
Event detection and correlation for video
Nebli Command Center is designed to read the cameras and recordings an operations room already has, detect events in them, check each one before it reaches a person, and make all of it searchable.
The pipeline
- 01
Ingest
Cameras and recordings
- 02
Detect
Detector and tracker on every stream
- 03
Propose
Pose and rules make candidate events
- 04
Check
A vision-language model reviews the clip
- 05
Raise
Only checked events become alerts
How it works
From a stream to a checked event
Ingest
Designed to read live cameras over open standards (ONVIF, RTSP) and recorded footage uploaded after the fact.
Detect
A light detector and tracker is designed to run on every stream, so every stream is watched continuously and only candidates move on.
Propose
Pose estimation and rules are designed to turn tracks into candidate events of the types you configure.
Check
A vision-language model is designed to check each candidate against its clip before anything is raised. A candidate that fails the check is not an alert.
Precision
Precision as a threshold
An event type is designed to be offered as an alert only where its measured precision clears a published threshold for that camera condition. Each threshold is published once it is measured.
Recorded footage
The same engine on footage after upload
Designed to transcribe speech into searchable metadata and to triage a recording down to the minutes worth reviewing.
Search
Plain-language search, live and recorded
Designed for plain-language search across live cameras and recordings, in Spanish and English.
Correlation
One incident timeline
Correlation in Command Center is of events. A detection, a transcript line and an alert from another system are designed to come together across cameras and time into one incident timeline.

Deployment
Runs where your video already lives
Deployment
Runs where your video already lives
- Designed to run on Kubernetes, like Nebli's other products, and to ship as one chart.
- Designed for GPU nodes.
- Designed to run in Nebli's cloud or on your own cluster.
- Video and derived data are designed to stay where you run it, with no outbound dependency when self-hosted.
Integration
Designed to plug into the room you have
- Cameras, by open standards.
- Alerts and clips out to the screen your room already uses, through documented interfaces.
- A review screen of our own for rooms that have none.
