A DIY rig (RTMP, OBS, and a VPS) or a bonded router takes weeks to stand up and one network change to fall over. Cellular in a field means packet loss, reorder, CGNAT, and no inbound ports. Consumer streaming assumes good wifi and a laptop. Most setups break exactly where the field begins.
